Job Title: Controller-Immediate Hire!
Pay: $100K-$150K
Hours: 8-5 Monday-Friday

We are seeking a Controller for a Direct Hire position for our client, a large manufacturing company located in Youngstown, Ohio.
The Controller will Lead and manage the Accounting team, ensuring high performance and development.
As a Controller, you will be responsible for:

Leading and managing the Accounting team, ensuring high performance and development

Overseeing financial reporting, month-end close, and balance sheet reconciliations.

Implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and financial accuracy.

Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and capital expense planning.

Supporting audits, tax filings, and compliance with state and local regulations.

Collaborating cross-functionally to improve financial reporting and processes
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CMA preferred.

5+ years of manufacturing accounting experience, with cost accounting background

Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

Proficiency in Sage 300, MISys, Microsoft Power BI, and advanced Excel
