Job Summary:
The Benefits Assistant helps with the payroll processing and employee benefits programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. This role involves addressing employee inquiries and maintaining records for payroll and benefits.
Benefits Assistant Responsibilities:
- Assist with weekly payroll and ensure accurate payments
- Administer employee benefits, including health and retirement plans
- Maintain records and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries
- Ensure compliance with regulations and assist during open enrollment
- Prepare required reports and filings
Benefits Assistant Qualifications:
- High school diploma (Associate’s degree or certification preferred)
- Experience in payroll or benefits administration
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
