Amy was awesome! She kept in contact with me, reminded me of interviews, and offered a job that better fit my credentials ( which I was hired for). She is knowledgeable in her industry. Amy was a joy to work with!

To the one's I answered uncertain because we haven't had these situations that has not yet presented itself. Not saying it can't happen and I know Amy would be willing to pursue these answers and follow through because what she has done thus far everything excellent. Thank you Amy

About Amy Higgins:

Amy was fantastic overall and very supportive. There was one significant issue however that nearly caused me to reject the job offer and to be completely honest, was highly disappointing. The job posting CLEARLY stated the pay rate for the position I was applying for was $40-60 an hour. This was in the pay range I was seeking. As per Colorado state law, the pay rate must be included on all posted positions. After discussing WITH Amy and considering my past job compensation I decided to request $55 an hour. Later that day she reported to me that "there was an error on the posting and that it was a big mix up. The actually pay rate range was much lower" and they were prepared to offer me $35 an hour which is a 36% pay cut! This is a big issue after I already stated that I would accept the job and the posting clearly stated $40-60 an hour as the pay range. After asking for the MINIMUM posted, $40/hr, Amy informed me that the highest they could offer was $37/hr. I reluctantly accepted being that I really wanted the job. This pay rate is actually lower than my previous job, something which I find very disheartening. I have considered consulting my brother who is a lawyer regarding this and whether or not this is lawful. However, I would like to say that working with Amy was lovely apart from this issue and I am not sure if this was her fault for the mix-up. She was very responsive and well-mannered in all our interactions. She was supportive and positive as well during the process. I would greatly love to discuss the matter more with anyone who is interested because I do feel it is unfair and unethical to post a job rate then deny the applicant the MINIMUM listed pay. Feel free to reach out to me whenever you would like at 316*706*2553.

About Amy Higgins:

More than once now, and inside of a year's time, Amy has gotten me work by placing me in roles that have all worked out great at the time that I needed them - and quickly, at that. She communicates efficiently, sending texts regularly asking for updates (I know a lot of these are initially generic copied/pasted texts, but when I respond to them she actually keeps conversation going in a way that never makes me feel unattended to). The search for fulfilling and long lasting work (with fair compensation!!) can be excruciating. Job searching is often made even more difficult when you're faced with the challenge of dealing with a recruiter who doesn't follow up, doesn't take your requirements into account, or just generally doesn't care. I'm so pleased to say quite the opposite has been true with Amy, and I'd happily refer anyone I know looking for work to her.

About Amy Higgins:

I really enjoyed talking to Amy about my experience & job history. She's very personable and makes you feel very comfortable, which was great as I hadn't had an interview in many years. Amy let me know what the employer was specifically looking for and set up an interview with them immediately. She was great through the entire process and in the end I was hired.

About Amy Higgins:

I can’t complain about Amy but I am very disappointed with the benefits offered especially since I have a 6 month contract. The dental is an absolute joke, for $20/mo I can go online a plan and find a real plan. Your plan has a $500 max which is nothing in the dental world and a waiting period beyond my contract. Why even offer dental? These benefits are so bad don’t be surprised if I have to find a different job. I can’t wait a year for dental coverage.
