Job Title: Account Manager

Pay: $85,000 salary plus commissions Hours: Monday–Friday, hours TBD  Start Date: ASAP

You’ll manage existing customer partnerships, identify new sales opportunities, and work with teams across the company to deliver solutions that meet customer needs, increase revenue, and strengthen the company’s regional presence.

What You'll Do

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for

• Build and maintain strong client partnerships while expanding business opportunities across the Midwest.
• Identify potential customers through outbound outreach, networking, and ongoing relationship development.
• Discuss and finalize pricing, contract terms, and supply arrangements tailored to customer needs.
• Develop account strategies, sales projections, and growth plans to support revenue targets.
• Oversee the sales process from initial contact to deal completion, consistently working toward established sales objectives.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have

• 5+ years of experience in field sales and business development, preferably within the steel processing industry.
• Demonstrated ability to identify prospects, understand customer needs, negotiate agreements, and secure new business.
• Experience tracking sales opportunities, maintaining a healthy pipeline, and consistently meeting revenue targets.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Location & Schedule
