Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

Pay: $18.00 per hour Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Start Date: ASAP

Looking for a professional office opportunity where your attention to detail and computer skills can shine? Join a growing team in the Beachwood, OH area as a temporary Data Entry Clerk through the end of the year. 

As the Data Entry Clerk, you’ll play an important role in keeping orders accurate and up to date by transferring information from PDF documents into the company’s NetSuite system.

  What You’ll Do: As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for:

• Enter order details from PDF documents into NetSuite with accuracy and efficiency.
• Process up to 50 orders daily while maintaining consistent attention to detail.
• Review entries for missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and organized electronic records throughout the order entry process.
• Adapt to changing templates, procedures, and workflow requirements as needed.
• Communicate professionally with team members and quickly learn new software and systems.

What You’ll Bring: The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• 1-2 years office, administrative, clerical, customer service, or data entry experience.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when entering information.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing repetitive tasks.
• Flexibility and comfort with changing processes, templates, and priorities.
