Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour Hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday, full onsite Start Date: ASAP

You’ll be responsible for coordinating payroll from start to finish, reviewing information for accuracy, and helping ensure all payroll requirements are handled properly and on time. You’ll be part of a collaborative team focused on providing  clients with dependable financial services, guidance, and ongoing support.

What You’ll Do

As a Payroll Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Processing payroll for employees across multiple states while meeting strict deadlines and accuracy standards.
• Reviewing timesheets, earnings, deductions, commissions, bonuses, and tax information for completeness and accuracy.
• Applying applicable federal, state, and local payroll requirements. 
• Maintaining accurate employee records and handle client-specific benefits, garnishments, deductions, and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate payroll, billing, and related administrative activities.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in accounting, business, or a related field is a plus.
• 4+ years of high volume payroll processing or payroll administration experience.
• Solid understanding of payroll taxes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Experience working with ADP, Paychex, or similar payroll platforms, along with Excel.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct discrepancies.
• Organized and analytical, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Location & Schedule

This position is fully onsite in the Mayfield Heights, Ohio area and offers a Monday through Friday schedule with standard business hours.
