You'll work closely with program managers and community partners to deliver positive outcomes and support residents in need. What You'll Do As a HCV Program Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Reviewing and processing tenant applications with attention to detail and accuracy
• Communicating effectively with clients to gather documentation and provide program guidance
• Verifying eligibility and ensuring all required documentation is complete
• Maintaining accurate and organized case files in accordance with program policies
• Collaborating with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve program efficiency
• Staying up-to-date on policy changes and ensuring compliance at all times
• Assisting in outreach efforts to promote program availability within the community

 

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in social work, public administration, or related field is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in administrative roles or government programs is a plus

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and case management software
