What You'll Do

As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing and processing invoices for customers or insurance providers, applying discounts or special rates as needed.
• Posting business transactions, verifying the accuracy of financial data, and maintaining accounts receivable records meticulously.
• Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies by clarifying questionable charges or payment issues efficiently.
• Responding to vendor inquiries promptly and ensuring clear communication regarding payments and account status.
• Supporting special projects and collaborating with internal teams to accomplish finance-related tasks seamlessly.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A High School diploma or GED, along with 2+ years of administrative or accounting experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Previous AP/AR experience in a mid-sized business is a plus.
• Demonstrated professionalism, confidentiality, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
