Job Title: Resource and Support Specialist

As a Resource and Support Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in supporting program participants, helping them build skills and confidence for the workforce. You’ll work closely with youth, families, and community partners to ensure a successful summer experience that prepares students for future employment opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain positive working relationships with youth participants, their families, and worksite supervisors to foster engagement and success.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for youth and families regarding program questions, work experience details, and payroll inquiries.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions as scheduled to stay aligned with program goals and updates.
• Support youth in understanding their work experience, provide guidance, and encourage professional growth throughout the program.

What You’ll Bring:

• An associate’s degree or higher preferred; relevant experience working with children, students, or youth is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and database management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately.
• Valid transportation to travel between offices, partner sites, and community locations.
• A genuine passion for youth development and supporting community programs.
