What You’ll Do:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Advising customers on return procedures, warranty policies, and processing replacements to ensure satisfaction.

  • Cross-selling or recommending products and services to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate will have:
  • 2+ years of customer service experience supporting phone, chat, or email channels; e-commerce experience is a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with administrative tasks.
  • A professional, positive attitude and the ability to remain supportive and calm during challenging interactions.
  • Experience with platforms such as Gladly, Shopify, or Narvar is a plus.

Location & Schedule:
