Pay: $23/hr Hours: 24 hours per week -- flexible schedule Start Date: ASAP Looking for an opportunity with a trusted healthcare organization offering a flexible schedule as a Medical Records Clerk in Evanston, IL where you will be able to make an impact every day? As a Medical Records Clerk, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations of a lifestyle and skilled nursing facility. 

What You’ll Do:

As a Medical Records Clerk, you will be responsible for:

• Processing all medical records requests for healthcare patients prior to release
• Helping with the organization's transition from partial paper charting to full electronic charting in PCC
• General administrative support as needed

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have: 

• A minimum of 6 months of previous experience in a healthcare setting
• Prior experience with electronic medical charting
• Per the client's requirement, current active status on the Illinois Health Care Worker Registry or the ability to pass a background check to be added to the Registry
