Job Title: Member Services Representative 

Pay: $16 per hour 

Hours: Full-time (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM OR 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM) 

Start Date: December 8th, 2025

As a Member Services Representative, you will ensure a smooth, positive experience for members needing immediate technical assistance and account help. Your efforts will be key to supporting our Member Resource Center team in Leawood during a high-volume period.

As an On-Site Member Services Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Answer phone calls regarding password resets, guiding members through the process of accessing their accounts.

• Troubleshoot technical issues, including assisting members with clearing browser cache and cookies.

• Respond to emails related to customer account access and browser technical support.

• Accurately enter continuing education credits for members into the system.

The ideal candidate for this Full-Time role in Leawood will have:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of Customer Service Representative experience.

• Experience in utilizing technology to resolve customer issues through chat, email, and text support.

• Strong detail orientation and a results-driven attitude.

This is an on-site, full-time contract position located in Leawood, Kansas. We are hiring two representatives to cover the following shifts:

• 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Monday through Friday)

• 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday through Friday)
