Job Title: Customer Service Representative- Urgently Hiring

Pay: $18/hr 

Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Start Date: ASAP

Our client located in Chicago is an established organization looking to add a talented Customer Service Representative to their team. This temporary position offers great hours and the opportunity to work independently while gathering feedback on survey results.   As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Handle between 40 and 60 calls per day.
• Inputting data into Microsoft Excel
• Must have a professional demeanor and the ability to communicate with high level executives. 
• Other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• 2+ years of Customer Service or comparable experience 
• Microsoft Office knowledge including, but not limited to, Outlook, Word and Excel required 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain customer-focus and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• High School Diploma or GED
