Job Title: Cost Accountant 

Pay: $70,000 - $80,000

Hours: 8-5 Monday-Friday

Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a Cost Accountant located in St. Louis, MO. The Cost Accountant is responsible for preparing and analyzing cost reports, monitoring production costs, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.

As a Cost Accountant, you will be responsible for:

• Perform month-end closing activities

• Manage balance sheets, income statements and changes in financial position/budget variance analyses

• Maintain and reconcile fixed assets schedules

• Ensure accurate cost allocation

The ideal candidate for this role will have: 

• 5+ years of manufacturing accounting

• Cost and inventory accounting experience 

• Bachelors degree in Accounting required

• Team player
