Job Title:Bookkeeper Operations Manager

Pay: $85,000

Hours: 6:30-4:30 Monday-Thursday

Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a Bookkeeper Operations Manager located in St. Charles MO. The Bookkeeper Operations Manager will ensure organizational effectiveness and leadership for the organization's financial functions. The position also contributes to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.

As a Bookkeeper Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Assist with statutory statement preparation 

• General ledger maintenance and journal entries 

• Accounts Payable and Receivable 

• Coordinate and monitor data control, bookkeeping and data processing 

• Maintain office equipment and inventory 

• Make weekly bank deposits 

The ideal candidate for this role will have: 

• Education level  

• 5 years in financial management experience

• 5 + years of bookkeeping experience

• Strong leadership skills

• SQL experience preferred
