We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for our client, a local manufacturing company located in St Louis, MO. The Recruiting Coordinator will support Talent Acquisition by assisting in reviewing applications, conducting phone screens, employee onboarding, and more! 

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Support the Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit qualified applicant pool
• Perform duties related to applicant processing and screening 
• Aids team members regarding benefit and human resource questions and issues in a timely matter
• Preparing employee manuals, training manuals, and other employee related information
• Maintaining applicant tracking database

The ideal candidate for this role will have: 

• Great organizational skills
• Knowledge of Human Resource practices and procedures
• MS Office and Lotus Notes software package
• Work independently with sound judgment
• Communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with a wide variety of people
• Multi-task and work with frequent distractions
