Part-Time Human Resources Assistant

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for administrative excellence? We are looking for a dedicated Part-Time Human Resources Assistant to join our team and provide support to a faith-based organization in downtown Cleveland. This is a flexible, part-time position (up to 15 hours per week) with a choice of two to three workdays per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Director of Human Resources.
• Maintain accurate and organized personnel files.
• Coordinate building maintenance requests.
• Assist with the emergency evacuation plan and other HR related projects.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of general office experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in all tasks.
• 2 years of college in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
