Training and Implementation Coordinator
We are searching for a Training and Implementation Coordinator to support in coordinating and delivering training programs for the company’s software systems. This hybrid role allows the ideal candidate to use their creativity by implementing new software programs and projects to enhance the onboarding experience for new employees.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with division managers to document and assess individual training needs for new employees.
Coordinate schedules between Trainers and division managers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Maintain and manage project and training calendars to track and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Develop and update learning tools, user guides, and documentation for software platforms.
Assist in maintaining workflows, process documents, and templates for Agency Management systems.
Travel as required to support training and implementation projects.
