We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to coordinate front office duties and provide client support. This position is ideal for someone passionate about excellent customer service and maintaining an organized, professional work environment.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, managing phone calls, emails, and in-person visits; coordinate client pick-ups and drop-offs, and process payments.
Handle front office operations, including scanning, printing, faxing, mailing, and scheduling meetings.
Ensure the organization and readiness of the lobby, conference rooms, and other common areas.
Assemble tax returns, financial statement packages, and other client-related documents while maintaining confidentiality.
Support administrative tasks such as inventory management, updating client records, and assisting with special projects as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a customer service, reception, or similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Basic proficiency in computer use and familiarity with MS Office applications.
Work Schedule:
Regular Hours: Monday–Thursday, 11:00 am – 5:00 pm.
