Educational company in Overland Park, KS is looking for a hybrid Customer Sales Support Specialist. No sales experience required; just need great customer service skills and a drive to succeed! This role is hybrid (5 days a week in office after training) and is commission eligible.
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth. This role works closely with the sales consultants to execute renewal strategies, meet deadlines, and support customer success.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Senior Account Manager and Project Consultant to implement launch and renewal strategies for assigned accounts.
- Perform data analysis using Microsoft Excel to maximize account value.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of assigned accounts to ensure timely payments and identify expansion opportunities.
- Proactively engage with assigned accounts monthly to resolve customer issues and build long-term partnerships.
- Ensure timely and accurate entry and maintenance of account data in the system.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor for in-person and virtual interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Teams; knowledge of Salesforce is a plus but not required.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and implement customer satisfaction strategies.
- Self-motivated, accountable, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
Pay starts are $17/hr plus commission
