Human Resources Associate: - Coordinate weekly onboarding as well as handle new hire paperwork including payroll preparation and benefits administration. - Communicate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs while sourcing and phone screening potential candidates. - Submit offer letters and begin background and drug screen testing for newly hired employees. - Maintain master data lists and be sure everything is accurately filed. Human Resources Associate Requirements: - 2 or more years of Human Resources experience. - Paychex experience would be preferred. - Understanding of Human Resources lingo. - Strong communication skills.
