Cash Applications Specialist

Cash Application Specialist Responsibilities:

• Research, enter, and balance cash receipts
• Enter and post receipt reversals
• Respond to customer inquiries and conduct account analysis for refunds
• Perform other cash receipts duties as needed

Cash Application Specialist Requirements:

• 4+ years of accounting/business experience or equivalent college coursework
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• Previous Accounts Receivable and customer interaction experience is a plus

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (flexible) In office (until fully trained, then hybrid work 2 days per week from home) $24.50-$27 per hour
