With a background in science—and even some time spent as a pharmacy technician—I’ve always enjoyed learning and connecting with others. I love recruiting because it’s all about building connections and making a real impact. There’s nothing better than helping someone land their dream job or finding the perfect person to fill a critical role for a company. It’s incredibly rewarding to know I’m playing a part in shaping careers and contributing to the success of organizations. Plus, I enjoy the challenge of digging deep to uncover talent, learning about different industries, and creating meaningful relationships along the way. It’s not just a job to me—it’s a way to make a difference in people’s lives!

When I'm not working I like to
When I’m not working, I love to unwind with a good book, try out new recipes in the kitchen, and keep up with my very active dog who always keeps me on my toes! I’m also spending time learning Spanish—it’s been such a fun and rewarding challenge.
