Production Worker Swing Shift  Urgent Need Pay: $23.31/hour Hours: 3:00PM - 12:00AM  Start Date: 8/26/2025 Training Schedule: There will be a two-day training schedule starting Tuesday, 8/26/25 - Wednesday, 8/27/25, from 9:00AM - 2:30PM 1st Shift after Training: Saturday, 8/30/25 @ 3:00PM Regular Work Schedule: 3:00PM - 12:00AM Must be available 7 days/week Must be available to work any shift as hours/schedule varies on a weekly basis We are seeking a Production Worker for a Temp-Hire position with our client, a reputable food manufacturer, located in Eugene, Oregon. The ideal candidate will maintain an organized and safe environment while actively contributing to the efficient distribution of food products. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a food production facility and further your career in this industry, located in Eugene, OR. As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Set up machines to product specifications
• Set pans into conveyors
• Cut, turn and/or twist dough into specified products
• Fill baking pans with dough
• Move and distribute supplies and products in and around production area
• Load product into appropriate shipping equipment
• Move finished goods with dollies, hand trucks and pallet jacks
• Clean equipment and work areas using brushes, cleanser, air nozzles and water

Skills and Qualifications for Assembly Technician:

• Heavy lifting and pushing/pulling required occasionally
