Duties and Responsibilities for Residential Construction Carpenter:

• Will work on all aspects of residential remodel
• Will assist with excavation, digging and moving material as needed. Will need to operate a wheelbarrow, shovel and other equipment 
• Must be willing to Clean, empty trash, picking up debris, sweep, etc
• Will move on to next phase of construction, concrete, rough carpentry, drywall, painting, finish work,etc..
• Residential Construction Laborer duties are not all-inclusive and will include other special projects assigned from time to time.

Skills and Qualifications for Residential Construction Carpenter

• Must be proficient in reading a tape measure! 
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs frequently.
• Must be professional in how you do your job and how you treat others
• Work as a team and independently 
• Attendance and showing up on time is very important
• 3-5 years experience required

Job Details for Residential Construction Carpenter

• Temp-Hire/Project based
• Shift: Mon-Fri  8am - 5pm
• $20-$21/hr+ DOE
