Job Title: Temporary HR Generalist - Start Immediately!
Pay: $30 - $32
Hours: 25 - 30 hrs per week, can do hybrid

Selectemp is seeking a Human Resources Generalist for a temporary assignment with one of our valued client companies. This role will have a strong focus on Employee Relations, while supporting broader HR functions.
As an HR Generalist, you wil be responsible for:
- Providing guidance and support on employee relations matters
- Investigating and resolving workplace concerns, conflicts and complaints in a fair and consistent manner.
- Documenting employee relations activities, including investigations, outcomes, and follow-up actions.
- Advising on best practices for performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Supporting HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Partnering with managers and employees to resolve workplace issues in a fair and consistent manner
- Contributing to HR projects and initiatives as needed
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Previous experience as an HR Generalist
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and benefits administration
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with professionalism
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
