Duties and Responsibilities for Roofing Front Counter:

• Answer phones and help customers with questions and orders
• Assist walk in with orders and answering any questions they may have
• Assist clients with any issues or concerns
• Recommend products and solutions to roofing contractors and homeowners
• Arrange for will call orders to be successfully loaded into customer vehicle
• Work as a team with other front counter team to hit goal and have customer satisfaction
• Front Counter Sales also keep showroom clean and easily accessible

Skills and Qualifications for Roofing Front Counter:

• Proficient in excel
• Customer service experience preferred
• Willing to learn roofing material and install knowledge
• Excellent work ethic required
• Have a positive, teamwork attitude
