Job Title: Landscape Maintenance Crew Lead/Foreman

We are seeking a Landscape Maintenance Crew Lead/Foreman for a Temp-Hire position with our client, a reputable landscaping company, located in Philomath, Oregon. The Landscape Maintenance Crew Lead/Foreman will play an essential role in overseeing maintenance contracts and schedules. The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading and supervising others. As a Landscape Maintenance Crew Lead/Foreman, you will be responsible for:

• Supervising and working with a crew performing regular maintenance routes
• Overseeing daily operations including mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, and leaf pickup
• Ensuring all jobs are completed on time and to company standards
• Operating and maintaining equipment and tools safely
• Overseeing maintenance contracts 

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• 2 years of experience in landscape maintenance on routes
• At least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
• Excellent knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, pest/disease identification, and proper chemical use.
• Ability to read site plans and maintenance schedules.
• Valid Oregon driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Have or be able to obtain an Oregon pesticide applicator license
