Commercial construction company that specializes in steel stud framing, drywall, and acoustic ceilings that has a reputation servicing health care facilities, medical centers, hospitals, restaurant kitchens, restrooms, and breweries is needing Entry Level Drywall Carpenters!

Duties and Responsibilities for Entry Level Drywall Carpenter:

• Drywall hanging, drywall finishing, and drywall framing
  • Measure and cut drywall for installation according to build specifications
  • Attach sheets to wall stud frames
• Use hand and power tools to sand panels and remove irregularities
• Install, mud, tape, finish and texture drywall both "in-house" and "on-site"

Skills and Qualifications for Entry Level Drywall Carpenter:

• Must have valid driver's license 
• Prior construction experience preferred
• Great attitude and desire to work long-term in this industry
• Comfortable working with hand and power tools
• If working in a hospital or other projects that require vaccination, must be able to provide proof of vaccination
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, and lift heavy materials
• Ability to be on feet at least 8-10 hours
• Ability to travel to different areas of Oregon if needed for projects

Job Details for Entry Level Drywall Carpenter:

Temp-Hire Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 5:30PM Must be available to work later hours pending the project/scope, IF/WHEN mandated by client Pay Rate: $21/hr - $28/hr (DOE)
