Duties and Responsibilities for Live Concierge Support:
- Inbound scheduling and outbound appointment reminder calls
- Assisting end users with Website and App set up and use.
- Apply excellent customer service skills to provide concierge level service to client end-users
- Follow department guidelines for appropriate call handling and documentation of calls
- Meet call handle volume and productivity performance metrics
Skills and Qualifications for Live Concierge Support:
- Basic computer and telephone skills
- Strong multi-tasking ability
- Outstanding customer service skills with true desire to provide the highest quality experience possible to client end-users
- Previous phone clerical experience preferred
Job Details for Live Concierge Support:
- Duration: Temp-Hire
- Hours of operation 5am-8pm seven days a week
- Shift will be a regular shift 40 hours per week within the hours of operation
- Ideal candidates will need to be flexible with working possible early mornings and/or weekends. Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the position. This position is located on-site in an office call center environment
- $16.00/hr
