Duties and Responsibilities for Live Concierge Support:

  • Inbound scheduling and outbound appointment reminder calls 
  • Assisting end users with Website and App set up and use.
  • Apply excellent customer service skills to provide concierge level service to client end-users
  • Follow department guidelines for appropriate call handling and documentation of calls
  • Meet call handle volume and productivity performance metrics 

Skills and Qualifications for Live Concierge Support:

  • Basic computer and telephone skills
  • Strong multi-tasking ability
  • Outstanding customer service skills with true desire to provide the highest quality experience possible to client end-users
  • Previous phone clerical experience preferred

Job Details for Live Concierge Support:

  • Duration: Temp-Hire
  • Hours of operation 5am-8pm seven days a week
  • Shift will be a regular shift 40 hours per week within the hours of operation 
  • Ideal candidates will need to be flexible with working possible early mornings and/or weekends. Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the position. This position is located on-site in an office call center environment 
  • $16.00/hr
