As a Rework Laborer, you will be supporting daily workflows, handling materials, and ensuring smooth and safe operations. You’ll work closely with your team to contribute to a productive and positive work environment. What You’ll Do As a Rework Laborer, you will be responsible for:
- Safely handling and stacking bags of BBQ pellets to support production flow.
- Operating a forklift safely and efficiently to move materials around the facility.
- Supporting general warehouse and production activities to maintain seamless operations.
- Assisting with rework and inventory tasks as needed.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- At least 6 months of experience in production or warehouse settings.
- Forklift operation experience is required — you must be comfortable operating forklifts safely.
- The ability to lift and maneuver bags weighing up to 40 lbs repeatedly.
- A strong commitment to safety and following proper protocols.
