What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Repairing production line equipment such as conveyor belts, packaging, grinding, and stacking machinery.
• Assisting with the installation of new machinery and performing light steel fabrication, cutting, and welding as needed.
• Conducting inspections, adjustments, and preventive maintenance to keep equipment operating at peak performance.
• Diagnosing malfunctions, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and performing other maintenance-related duties to support continuous production.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Prior maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Physical capability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort with reading measurements, following detailed instructions, and documenting work.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with control systems.
• A positive, teachable attitude and willingness to grow technically.
