Job Title: Maintenance Lead
Pay: $30 - $34 per hour
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

As a Maintenance Lead, you'll oversee critical maintenance operations, ensuring equipment runs smoothly and safety standards are upheld. You’ll work closely with management to coordinate projects, train team members, and ensure operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
As a Maintenance Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Diagnosing issues with malfunctioning mechanical and electrical equipment and completing necessary repairs
- Assisting Plant and Maintenance Managers in scheduling projects and preventive maintenance activities
- Performing minor plumbing, electrical, and painting repairs as needed
- Executing preventive maintenance procedures and supporting outage planning
- Leading shift operations, directing team work flow, and acting as a key decision-maker on your shift
- Ensuring all shift work is properly logged, with detailed notes for accurate records
- Training and coaching employees to foster safety, equipment operation, and process knowledge
- Maintaining open communication with the Plant Manager regarding operations and team performance
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Five to seven years of industrial maintenance experience
- Expert troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems within an industrial setting
- Prior lead or supervisory experience highly preferred
- Proficiency in reading and following equipment lockout/tagout (LOTO) protocols and operation manuals
- Excellent communication skills in English, essential for safety and coordination
- Good eye, hand, and foot coordination
- Intermediate computer skills and aptitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for at least 7 hours, and work all shifts including call-ins
