As a General Laborer, you will be an integral part of the team, supporting skilled trades, ensuring safety standards are met, and helping projects stay on schedule.

What You’ll Do:

As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for: • Assisting carpenters and other tradespeople on-site to ensure smooth workflow • Loading and unloading materials to support daily construction needs • Preparing sites through cleanup and organization to maintain safety and efficiency • Demolishing structures and removing debris safely • Using basic hand and power tools to assist with various tasks • Supporting framing, siding, and other general construction activities as directed • Adhering to all safety guidelines and project procedures

You will work closely with supervisors and team members to deliver quality results safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate will have: • At least 6 months of experience in construction or general labor (preferred) • The physical capability to lift 50+ lbs and perform demanding tasks throughout the day • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record over the past 3 years • Ability to travel within a 40-mile radius of Eugene • A strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail • Willingness to learn new skills and follow directions

Location & Schedule:
