What You’ll Do
As an Entry Level Production Worker, your responsibilities include: • Inspecting freshly processed or raw products on rolling trays to verify quality, appearance, size, and count. • Loading products onto trays and operating processing and packaging machinery efficiently. • Safely lifting and moving trays on and off carts to maintain smooth production flow. • Dumping finished products from trays into designated containers accurately. • Assisting with moving racks of products to support operational efficiency. • Packing finished products into boxes for shipment and preparing labels for case organization. • Sealing cases and cartons to ensure product traceability and safety. • Cleaning and setting up processing and packaging stations to uphold safety and hygiene standards. • Supporting team efforts to meet or exceed daily production goals while following safety protocols.What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have: • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy environment. • Willingness to stand during entire 8-hour shift and perform physically demanding tasks. • Capability to regularly lift up to 15 lbs and handle up to 50 lbs safely. • Comfort with standing, walking, pushing, pulling, reaching, twisting, and lifting. • A strong dedication to personal and food safety standards. • Previous experience in general labor or manufacturing is a plus but not required; comprehensive training will be provided.Important Safety & Dress Code Requirements: Jewelry is not permitted on the production floor, and all visible piercings, gauges, and dermal implants must be removed before shifts begin (medical alert jewelry exempt).
