Job Title: CDL Driver / Forklift Operator III

Pay: $28.00/hr Hours: Sunday - Wednesday 10 hour shifts  Start Date: ASAP

As a CDL Driver and Forklift Operator, you'll help keep operations running smoothly by managing the movement of materials and goods using your driving and forklift skills. You'll work closely with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely and safe transportation of products.

What You'll Do

As a CDL Driver and Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Safely operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and CDL trucks to move materials and finished goods across facilities and off-site warehouses

• Loading and unloading trucks and trailers, ensuring products are secure and damage-free • Supporting inbound and outbound shipping, production activities, and order fulfillment • Transporting full and partial loads between locations • Performing daily equipment inspections and reporting safety or maintenance issues • Using scanning systems and ERP software to track inventory and maintain accurate records • Coordinating deliveries and pickups with various teams • Following OSHA, DOT, and company safety procedures • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment • Assisting with safety initiatives and continuous improvement efforts

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Minimum of 6 years experience in forklift operation, warehouse, or logistics

• Valid CDL license or ability to obtain within 60 days • Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safe driving practices • Advanced forklift skills in warehouse and production settings • Experience with inventory systems, scanners, and ERP software • Attention to detail, safety-minded, and accurate • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in warehouse and outdoor conditions
