Job Title: Machine Operator (Press Operator)
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 3:00PM – 1:30AM
Start Date: ASAP

What You’ll Do
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Operating production machinery while following safety and quality standards
- Pouring crumb rubber into molds, lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
- Filling molds and safely operating presses using dual-hand controls
- Removing finished products using hand tools after press cycles
- Performing visual inspections to ensure product quality
- Managing multiple machines (up to four presses) to maintain production flow
- Making adjustments based on supervisor direction
- Stacking and organizing finished products on pallets
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Tracking production counts and meeting output goals
- Working in warm manufacturing conditions while following safety guidelines
What You’ll Bring

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stay active throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and dependable work ethic
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred but not required
