Pay: $18.00 per hour Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Start Date: ASAP

As a Wood Shop Laborer and Delivery Driver, you'll be vital in supporting daily operations and ensuring the production of high-quality moulding products. You'll collaborate with a dedicated team to improve workflow, maintain safety standards, and develop valuable skills along the way.

What You’ll Do

As a Wood Shop Laborer and Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting in the cutting, stacking, and bundling of various wood types for moulding production.
• Feeding wood of different lengths into the rip saw, inspecting for defects, and making necessary adjustments to ensure quality. (Training provided)
• Removing finished boards and organizing them for shipping and delivery.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment while following safety protocols at all times.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Basic ability to read a tape measure and use calipers with minimal assistance.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
• Valid Driver’s License (mandatory), as driving company vehicles for deliveries may be required.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety instructions and proper technical procedures.

Location & Schedule:

This on-site position is based in Salem, OR. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
