As a Landscaping Crew Laborer, you'll support the maintenance of a wide variety of industrial, commercial, and public properties. You'll work closely with the crew to perform essential landscape tasks, ensuring the safety and beauty of the landscapes we care for. What You'll Do

As a Landscaping Crew Laborer, you will be responsible for:

• Cutting turf using various-sized power mowers, trimming, and edging with gas-powered tools to maintain pristine lawns.
• Pruning shrubs and low-hanging branches to improve plant health and landscape appearance.
• Planting new flowers and maintaining existing flower beds to enhance curb appeal.
• Operating equipment such as edgers, blowers, and trimmers along sidewalks, beds, and around property features.
• Picking up trash, blowing leaves, and composting organic debris to keep landscapes tidy.
• Mulching beds and organic matter during mowing to prevent weed growth and improve soil health.
• Performing routine weeding and basic preventative equipment maintenance to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Removing dead plants, trash, and suckers to maintain landscape health and aesthetics.
• Maintaining a friendly and professional attitude with clients and team members while reporting any safety concerns to the Crew Leader.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• At least 18 years old with a dependable work ethic.
• Enthusiasm for outdoor work and a positive attitude.
• Ability to operate equipment safely, including power saws, blowers, and trimmers.
• Certification on level 1 equipment (backpack blowers, string trimmers, edgers, mowers).
• Basic knowledge of horticultural maintenance and landscape practices.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry equipment and materials, bend, squat, and stand for long periods.
