Pay: $35 - $43 per hour + DOE Hours: Up to 6 days/week, 10–12 hrs/day (40+ hours on a regular weekly basis) Start Date: ASAP

As a Field Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in supporting project timelines, team coordination, and safety compliance. You'll work closely with project managers and field teams to deliver results that meet quality standards and client expectations. What You'll Do

As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for: Managing assigned Leadmen and crews to ensure daily work is completed accurately and on schedule. Ensuring accurate recording of labor and equipment hours, comparing them with project estimates to control costs. Reviewing contracts and supporting documentation prior to project approval. Monitoring project progress to stay on schedule and within budget constraints. Anticipating personnel, material, and equipment needs, then communicating these requirements to relevant teams. Maintaining safe, clean, and organized job sites at all times. Conducting regular safety inspections and acting as the onsite safety representative. Leading quality control efforts for all assigned projects to uphold company standards. Ensuring proper use, maintenance, and care of tools and equipment. Completing work orders and change orders, accurately assigning costs. Communicating performance issues, project updates, and timelines to management. Providing technical support and guidance to team members. Submitting daily reports, time records, receipts, and project documentation promptly. Coordinating project status updates and estimated completion dates with internal teams. Ensuring clear communication during shift handoffs, prioritizing tasks effectively. Traveling to various job sites as required to oversee work and support teams.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in welding, fabrication, equipment layout, alignment, troubleshooting, and machinery installation or removal. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Experience with large-scale industrial or manufacturing equipment installation. Knowledge of sawmill operations is a plus. Strong estimating, job costing, and project management skills. Ability to manage time, materials, and billing efficiently, including change orders. Excellent planning, organizational, and leadership skills. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Physical capacity to stand for long periods, climb, balance, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Location & Schedule:

This is an on-site position in Oregon, working up to 6 days per week with day shifts. Typical hours are from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with schedules varying based on project needs.
