As an Overnight Sanitation Worker, you’ll be a vital part of maintaining a clean and safe production area. Your efforts will help support food quality, safety compliance, and efficient daily operations. You'll work closely with the sanitation and operations team to uphold the highest standards in a structured and fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

As an Overnight Sanitation Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Disassembling, cleaning, and sanitizing all production and packaging equipment according to established sanitation schedules.
• Performing detailed cleaning of machinery and equipment, including following SOPs for disassembly and reassembly.
• Conducting environmental swabbing for HACCP compliance, including ATP, Salmonella, and Listeria testing.
• Inspecting equipment and workspace for glass, plastic, or residue contamination to uphold safety standards.
• Monitoring and maintaining sanitation tools such as magnetic systems and safety equipment.
• Ensuring all safety procedures are followed, including GMPs and personal hygiene protocols.
• Completing accurate daily sanitation reports and documentation.
• Supporting team members during sanitation processes and contributing to overall food safety initiatives.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Ability to stand for 8 or more hours and perform physically demanding tasks such as bending, twisting, and lifting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
• Capable of following strict procedures and safety guidelines.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Previous experience in sanitation or food production is a plus but not required—training will be provided.
