What You’ll Do

As a Production Floater, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting multiple departments by assisting with various production tasks, switching roles as needed to meet daily operational demands
• Stepping into different positions to help maintain workflow and meet production goals
• Handling general labor duties, including material handling and equipment support
• Following all safety guidelines and company standards to ensure a safe working environment
• Quickly adapting to new responsibilities in a fast-paced, physically demanding setting

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Consistent work history required
• Must have diesel forklift experience 
• Past Mill experience required  
• Machine Operator experience preferred
• A High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
• Strong adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills across different areas of production
• Ability to follow instructions carefully and work well under supervision
• Reliability, good attendance, and a team-oriented attitude
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including switching between day and night shifts on a weekly basis
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks in a busy manufacturing environment
