As a Maintenance Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting daily operations by leading maintenance activities across various departments. You'll work closely with plant leadership to ensure equipment reliability, safety, and operational excellence, all while managing a dedicated team of maintenance professionals.

What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and supervising maintenance operations across processing, packaging, electrical, and refrigeration teams to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Managing and developing a maintenance staff of approximately 80 employees, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of all plant equipment and facility infrastructure.
• Coordinating preventative maintenance schedules, repairs, and continuous improvement initiatives with supervisors and team members.
• Supporting capital projects, facility upgrades, and long-term maintenance planning to optimize plant operations.
• Assisting plant management with budget reviews, cost controls, and developing annual maintenance budgets.
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards, GMP regulations, and food safety requirements.
• Maintaining accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and maintenance records.
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
• Performing hands-on maintenance and oversight of facility operations as necessary.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in food production or a related manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Proven leadership, team-building, and motivational abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, including bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred 
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends when needed to support plant operations.
• Experience managing large maintenance teams and coordinating multi-department activities.
• Knowledge of safety, GMP, and food safety standards and regulations.
