Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Worker

Pay: $18.54 per hour Hours: Monday - Thursday 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Occasional OT Fridays) Start Date: ASAP

As a Shipping & Receiving Worker, you'll support daily operations by managing inventory, shipping, and receiving tasks. You'll collaborate closely with your team to ensure materials move efficiently through the warehouse, helping us deliver high-quality products on time. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining a safe, organized, and productive workplace in Eugene.

What You'll Do

As a Shipping & Receiving Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Safely operating a forklift after certification, helping with material handling and storage.
• Accurately performing inventory transfers using the Fishbowl system to reflect physical locations and ensure stock accuracy.
• Moving materials and packaging to quarantine areas upon receipt, then to approved storage areas once approved by the Quality team.
• Picking kits for production, following FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices to prevent discrepancies.
• Weighing, loading, and offloading incoming shipments to ensure timely processing.
• Participating in inventory cycle counts during scheduled audits to maintain precise stock levels.
• Preparing finished products for shipping by securing pallets, recording shipment details, and ensuring proper documentation.
• Supporting additional warehouse and production tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• Prior experience working with ERP and inventory management systems; familiarity with warehouse or logistics environments is preferred.
• Comfort working with computers and understanding inventory processes.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain it (certification provided).
• Ability to follow QA/QC protocols, GMP practices, and safety regulations diligently.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and handle materials efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Location & Schedule:
