As a Property Cleaning Technician, you'll be traveling between properties to keep laundry rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, hallways, and entryways spotless. Your role is vital in ensuring each community remains sanitary, safe, and inviting. You'll work closely with management to report any issues and need to be self-motivated and detail-oriented to succeed in this steady, on-site position.

What You'll Do

As a Property Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Traveling between apartment communities to perform scheduled cleaning tasks efficiently.
• Cleaning laundry rooms, shared kitchens, and common bathrooms to maintain hygiene standards.
• Ensuring hallways, entryways, and other common areas are clean, safe, and well-organized.
• Performing basic cleaning duties including wiping surfaces, removing trash, and sanitizing shared spaces.
• Following a set routine schedule to ensure all properties are serviced on time.
• Monitoring supply levels and replenishing cleaning materials as needed.
• Communicating effectively with management about any maintenance issues or concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment throughout the day.

What You'll Bring

• Ability to work independently, managing time effectively across multiple locations.
• Strong reliability with a proactive approach and self-motivation.
• Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial, or custodial roles is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow a routine schedule and consistently meet deadlines.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Physical health and stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
• A personal vacuum cleaner (required).
• Sharp attention to detail and pride in maintaining spotless spaces.
