What You’ll Do

As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Measuring and preparing ingredients accurately according to recipes and specifications to ensure consistent quality.
• Operating fast-paced production lines, maintaining workflow, and complying with safety protocols.
• Reading labels, recipes, and work orders in English to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Documenting production data precisely, including lot numbers and production metrics.
• Performing routine cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Participating in cross-training on various roles within the production line to support operational flexibility and efficiency.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or a related field (preferred).
• A strong interest in long-term employment and growth within a manufacturing environment.
• The flexibility to work overtime when necessary to meet production goals.
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and record-keeping.
• Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and a willingness to learn new skills.
• Physical ability to lift 25-50 lbs repeatedly, along with bending, twisting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
• Capacity to work safely at heights and perform physically demanding tasks efficiently.

Location & Schedule

This is an on-site position in McMinnville, OR. Work shifts are scheduled as follows:

• Day Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Schedule alternates weekly, with Sunday through every other Wednesday or every other Wednesday through Saturday.

NOTE: All hours worked over 10 hours in a day are paid at the OT rate of time and a half!
