As a Food Production Support Operator, you'll be essential in maintaining smooth production operations by supporting daily activities, operating equipment, and ensuring adherence to food safety protocols. What You'll Do

As a Food Production Support Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Palletizing and moving products efficiently using pallet jacks to ensure timely shipping.
• Supporting production line activities to maintain high efficiency and uphold product quality standards.
• Case packing finished products and building pallets with careful attention to accuracy.
• Following all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and strict food safety guidelines.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout your shift to promote safety and efficiency.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• The ability to stand comfortably for 8+ hours on concrete floors.
• The physical strength to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on food safety.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Relevant skills in Production and Manufacturing processes.
