As a Control Panel Technician, you'll be essential in assembling, wiring, and installing control panels that power our automation systems. What You'll Do

As a Control Panel Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Assembling PLC control panels with precision, ensuring all components are correctly placed and wired, contributing to the success of each project. (Reading schematics is preferred but not mandatory.)
• Installing jumper wires and accurately positioning various electrical components within control panels.
• Cutting, stripping, and coupling wires to ensure secure, safe, and compliant electrical connections.
• Drilling and tapping holes to accommodate components, maintaining strong workmanship standards.
• Assisting with general electrical and mechanical assembly tasks as needed, adapting to project demands.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in electrical assembly or control panel work.
• Proficiency in soldering and creating reliable electrical connections.
• Familiarity with reading electrical schematics (preferred but not required).
• Comfort using power tools such as drills, screwdrivers, grinders, belt sanders, and sanders.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• A strong desire to learn new skills and cross-train in different areas of the operation.
