As a CNC Lathe Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality parts by operating and maintaining CNC lathe equipment. What You'll Do

As a CNC Lathe Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Operating CNC lathe machines to manufacture parts according to detailed specifications.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining requirements.
• Setting up, calibrating, and performing routine maintenance on CNC machinery.
• Conducting inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring instruments to verify dimensions.
• Troubleshooting machine issues and collaborating with team members to resolve them efficiently.
• Keeping your workspace clean, organized, and compliant with all safety protocols.
• Managing multiple machines to meet production deadlines without sacrificing quality.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Experience working with CNC lathe machines or a strong manufacturing background willing to learn.
• Dependability and a strong work ethic.
• Basic math skills and the ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Familiarity with deburring, filing, sanding, and shaping parts.
• Knowledge of coordinate measuring machines for quality assurance (preferred).
• Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Open to continuous learning and skill development.

Location & Schedule:
