Job Title: Machine Operator (Press Operator)

As a Machine Operator, you'll be instrumental in supporting smooth and efficient production processes. You'll work closely with supervisors and your team to ensure quality output, operate multiple presses, and maintain a safe, organized workspace. Your work directly impacts the delivery of high-quality products to customers and helps the company meet its production goals.

What You'll Do

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Operating production machinery safely and efficiently, following all safety and quality protocols.
• Pouring crumb rubber into molds and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly to handle raw materials.
• Filling molds and safely operating presses using dual-hand controls to ensure proper cycle runs.
• Removing finished products from presses with hand tools after each cycle, maintaining workflow.
• Performing visual inspections to check for defects and ensure product quality.
• Managing multiple presses (up to four) simultaneously to meet production targets.
• Making adjustments to machinery based on supervisor instructions to optimize performance.
• Stacking, organizing, and palletizing finished products for shipment or storage.
• Keeping the work area clean, safe, and organized, complying with safety guidelines.
• Tracking production outputs and meeting daily or shift goals effectively.
• Working in warm manufacturing conditions while adhering to safety and quality standards.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
• Strong commitment to safety and product quality.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform repetitive tasks.
• Dependable work ethic and attention to detail.
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred but not required.
